What Is a Movie You Love That the Majority Put on Blast?

Our mission at SAW is to foster conversations about this thing we all love (or love to hate): film/TV. Many of our features are designed with you in mind. Your opinions, to be more to the point. You have ’em. We want to hear ’em.

Question of the Day (QOTD) is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a film/TV-related question that we put to you, the reader. The comments section below is like the feedback box at work; except, in this example, we actually read what you write and care about what you have to say.

We’ve all been there. We watch a movie. We love the movie. We go online to talk about the movie. Everyone online hates the movie. What? How? Why? It makes no sense! Let’s talk about it.

The question I ask today is: what is a movie that you love and others seem to hate?

Not quite the majority, but Sailor always gives me a bad time about Teen Wolf (and you’ll perhaps hear more about that later this year). Teen Wolf is great by the way.

I guess another movie I love that others hate is Friday the 13th: A New Beginning. Tommy Jarvis is way more interesting in that film than in VI: Jason Lives. I don’t care what anyone says. I think Tommy becoming the new Jason is cooler than Jason just being a badass. Shoot me.

So what about you, screenagers? What is a movie that you love despite the majority blasting it?

I’ll see you in the trenches.
