Supermax, the new action thriller from Amazon MGM Studios and Miramax, has rounded out its cast as production gets underway in Australia.
Deadline reports that Nicholas Alexander Chavez (Monster: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story), Andrés Almeida (Bardo: False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths), Martin Bats Bradford (Hit Man), and Erika Ringor (King Richard) have joined the cast of Supermax.
David Gordon Green is directing the action thriller, which follows two FBI agents, played by Smith and AnnaSophia Robb, investigating a seemingly impossible murder within the impenetrable walls of a maximum-security prison.
Jaafar Jackson and Jason Clarke also star in Supermax, which kicked off production today in New South Wales, Australia, with support from the NSW Government through Screen NSW’s Made in NSW Fund.
