‘Batman: Knightfall’ Trilogy Unveils First Trailer & Voice Cast

Warner Bros. Entertainment has released an official trailer for Batman: Knightfall. The upcoming three-part animated movie brings to life one of the most iconic and beloved sagas in the rich history of Batman comics.

Batman: Knightfall Part 1: Knightfall stars the voices of Anson Mount as Bruce Wayne / Batman, Michael Mando as Bane, and Pablo Schreiber as Jean-Paul Valley / Azrael.

The movie was directed by Jeff Wamester and written by Jeremy Adams. It adapts the first story arc in the “Knightfall” storyline by Doug Moench, Chuck Dixon, Alan Grant, Dennis O’Neil, Peter David, Jo Duffy, Jim Aparo, Graham Nolan, Norm Breyfogle, and Jim Balent, which ran from 1993 to 1994 in the pages of DC Comics.

Plot Synopsis:

Arkham Asylum has been destroyed, and all its inmates have been unleashed upon Gotham City. As Batman races to round up some of his greatest enemies, he is pushed to his physical and mental limits and into a final confrontation with a new threat: the man called Bane!

Batman: Knightfall Part 1: Knightfall will be released later this year.
