‘Eternals’ Trailer: So That’s Why They Didn’t Help the Avengers Stop Thanos

Marvel Studios has released a final official trailer for Eternals, and this one actually gives us an idea of what this movie will be about!! Let’s take a look.

It took a while, but we finally have an Eternals trailer that gives us some information on who these aliens are and why they are on Earth.

More interesting perhaps is that this film will be a direct result of the events of Avengers: Endgame. I’m digging the connective tissue and I think, because of it, Eternals has moved up to become a guaranteed must-see film.

So who are the Eternals? Well there is Sersi (Gemma Chan), Ikaris (Richard Madden), Thena (Angelina Jolie), Kingo (Kumail Nanjiani), Makkari (Lauren Ridloff), Phastos (Brian Tyree Henry), Sprite (Lia McHugh), Gilgamesh (Don Lee), Druig (Barry Keoghan), and Ajak (Salma Hayek) to Google and get to know (because I certainly ain’t spending 5000 words explaining their comic backstories).

Oh, and Kit Harington stars as Dane Whitman, who may or may not be Black Knight yet. I guess Marvel can always spin-off the character and give him his own Disney+ limited series (and honestly, that’s exactly what they should do).

Plot Synopsis:

Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, an unexpected tragedy forces the Eternals out of the shadows to reunite against mankind’s most ancient enemy, The Deviants.

Eternals hits theaters November 5, 2021.

What do you guys think? Interested in seeing this at all?
