HBO Max has released an official trailer for Locked Down. Let’s see if this pandemic-related film will be better received by critics and audiences than Songbird.
Okay, this looks like it has the potential to be pretty good. Anne Hathaway and Chiwetel Ejiofor seem to be having fun with the material.
And look, there’s a toilet paper joke! Oh, how that takes me back to the beginning of the pandemic. Those were simpler times.
Plot Synopsis:
In Locked Down, just as they decide to separate, Linda (Anne Hathaway) and Paxton (Chiwetel Ejiofor) find life has other plans when they are stuck at home in a mandatory lockdown. Co-habitation is proving to be a challenge, but fueled by poetry and copious amounts of wine, it will bring them closer together in the most surprising way.
Locked Down begins streaming January 14, 2021 on HBO Max.
