Warner Bros. has released an official trailer for No Sudden Move, a heist movie set in the 1950s and directed by Steven Soderbergh.
Time to update my list of movies I need to see this summer in theaters. This looks like an absolute blast! I’m especially glad to see Brendan Fraser will be having a more prominent role than I imagined. If there is one actor I would gladly take a comeback from it’s him.
Plot Synopsis:
From director Steven Soderbergh comes the new feature film NO SUDDEN MOVE from Warner Bros. Pictures. Set in 1954 Detroit, NO SUDDEN MOVE centers on a group of small-time criminals who are hired to steal what they think is a simple document. When their plan goes horribly wrong, their search for who hired them – and for what ultimate purpose – weaves them through all echelons of the race-torn, rapidly changing city.
No Sudden Move hits theaters and HBO Max on July 1, 2021.
