Based on the Marketing, Are You Excited for ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’?

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Our mission at SAW is to foster conversations about this thing we all love (or love to hate): film/TV. Many of our features are designed with you in mind. Your opinions, to be more to the point. You have ’em. We want to hear ’em.

Question of the Day (QOTD) is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a film/TV-related question that we put to you, the reader. The comments section below is like the feedback box at work; except, in this example, we actually read what you write and care about what you have to say.

We recently asked you a similar question about James Gunn’s Superman. It’s safe to say that the Fantastic Four movies were more misses than hits under the franchise’s time at 20th Century Fox (despite a weird trolling love for Josh Trank’s Fantastic Four between a few of our writers).

After regaining the rights, Marvel Studios has gone all in on giving audiences a retro-futuristic, comics-accurate-looking Fantastic Four movie. While it’s been working for some, others are less than impressed, especially after the first trailer was released, leading us to ask you today: Has the marketing for The Fantastic Four: First Steps made you excited for the movie, or has it fallen short of the mark

Let us know in the comments, and we’ll see you in the trenches.
