It’s a great day to be a Reacher fan.

Prime Video finally announced the premiere dates for Reacher Season 4, headlined by Alan Ritchson, and Neagley, the spinoff series starring Maria Sten as fan-favorite character Frances Neagley.

Reacher Season 4 will premiere on August 12, 2026, with its first three episodes. The remaining five episodes will be released weekly, with the season finale airing on September 16, 2026, the same day that all eight episodes of Neagley debut on Prime Video.

Reacher Season 4 Adapts Gone Tomorrow

The upcoming season of Reacher will be based on Lee Child’s 13th Jack Reacher novel, Gone Tomorrow, which begins with Reacher witnessing a suicide on the subway in New York. He soon discovers the woman who killed herself was Pentagon staffer Susan Mark, who was caught up in a larger conspiracy involving a corrupt politician, Al Qaeda terrorists, and countless murders. Reacher must work against the clock with Susan’s brother Jacob to solve the mystery of why Susan killed herself, find her missing son Peter, and ultimately save his own life when he gets caught up with dark forces with almost unlimited power.

Starring alongside Ritchson in Season 4 are Christopher Rodriguez-Marquette, Sydelle Noel, Marc Blucas, Kevin Weisman, Agnez Mo and Anggun, Kathleen Robertson, and Kevin Corrigan.

Frances Neagley Takes Center Stage

After recurring in the first three seasons of Reacher, Sten’s Frances Neagley, a private investigator in Chicago and former military protégé of Jack Reacher in the Army’s 110th Special Investigations Unit, takes the lead in Neagley.

“When she learns that a beloved friend from her past has been killed in a suspicious accident, she becomes hell-bent on justice. Using everything she’s learned from Jack Reacher and her time as a member of the 110 Special Investigators, Neagley puts herself on a dangerous path to uncover a menacing evil,” reads the logline for Season 1.

Neagley also stars Greyston Holt as Detective Hudson Riley, Adeline Rudolph as Renee Birdwhistle, Jasper Jones as Keno, Matthew Del Negro as Pierce Woodrow, and Damon Herriman as Lawrence Cole, while Ritchson guest stars as Jack Reacher.

The premiere date announcement comes more than a month after Prime Video renewed Reacher for a fifth season.

“From Lee Child’s globally beloved novels to its standout on-screen adaptation, Reacher has evolved into a true powerhouse franchise,” Peter Friedlander, head of global television at Amazon MGM Studios, said in a statement at the time. “The series’ ability to combine high-octane action with compelling character storytelling continues to resonate with tens of millions of viewers around the world.”

He continued, “We’re excited to move forward with a fifth season ahead of Season Four’s debut and to build on this incredible momentum. We’re grateful to our outstanding creative partners, cast, and crew — Nick, Alan, Lee, and Paramount Television Group — for continuing to bring this world to life in such a bold and compelling way.”

Reacher Season 4 premieres on August 12, 2026, followed by the debut of Neagley on September 16, 2026.
