Warner Bros. has just released the official trailer for Tenet, Christopher Nolan‘s upcoming action-thriller with a time-travel twist.
Nolan I think you’ve done it again. John David Washington seems to work for some sort of company called Afterlife, but beyond that I’m not too sure what the story seems to be. Robert Pattinson seems to be Washington’s ally(?) while Michael Caine and Kenneth Branagh definitely seem to be more foe.
There is some form of time-travel in play, but I can’t put a pin in it. We see glimpses of a car reversing from a crash, and bullet holes from bullets that haven’t been fired yet. What does it all mean?

Tenet is an “an action epic evolving from the world of international espionage.”
Tenet hits theaters July 17, 2020.
