THAT SCENE

THE EXECUTION

This is an annual watch for me during October and I cannot explain how much I love this movie along with how great Tim Curry is. This scene is one of the best introductions of a character in movie history that instantly makes an impact and lets us know exactly what kind of shenanigans there are in store for the viewer. Curry simply struts on camera and takes over with tremendous charisma and confidence. His constant fourth-wall breaking looks into the camera are hilarious. His booming voice and with his incredible delivery instantly makes him you love his character. I mean he is just a sweet transvestite! The song is catchy and have will be stuck in your head along with other songs from the film.

What do you think of Dr. Frank-N-Furter’s introduction? Any plans on watching The Rocky Horror Picture Show this Halloween season?
