Paramount has released an official trailer for The Infernal Machine, an upcoming psychological thriller about obsession and deceit that stars Guy Pearce. Let’s take a look.
This doesn’t look too bad! I’m always down to see a film with Pearce in the lead role. Fingers crossed this turns out to be an underrated gem!

Plot Synopsis:
Bruce Cogburn (Pearce), a reclusive and controversial author of the famed book The Infernal Machine, is drawn out of hiding when he begins to receive endless letters from an obsessive fan. What ensues is a dangerous labyrinth as Bruce searches for the person behind the cryptic messages… forcing him to confront his past and ultimately revealing the truth behind The Infernal Machine.
Written and directed by Andrew Hunt, The Infernal Machine opens in select theaters and on digital on September 23, 2022.
