‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ Trailer Sends the ‘Star Wars’ Characters to the Big Screen

Lucasfilm has released an official trailer for The Mandalorian and Grogu, a feature-length continuation of the hit Disney+ series The Mandalorian. Let’s take a look.

The upcoming Star Wars movie stars Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin / The Mandalorian, alongside Sigourney Weaver, Jeremy Allen White, and Jonny Coyne.

Plot Synopsis:

The evil Empire has fallen, and Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy. As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his young apprentice Grogu (as himself).

Directed by Jon Favreau, The Mandalorian and Grogu opens in theaters on May 22, 2026.
