DC Comics has released a trailer for the second season of Titans and it features our first look at Superboy (Joshua Orpin), Deathstroke (Esai Morales), Bruce Wayne (Iain Glen) and Krypto the Superdog.
I haven’t seen a single second of Titans season 1 beyond the trailers, but already I want to catch up just so I can watch season 2. This first look presents us with everything I’d want to watch: Deathstroke as a villain (he’s one of my favorite characters), a whole slew of former Justice League member sidekicks who have since gone solo, and what looks like a little bit of heart creeping through the darkness.
Also, Glen looks pretty solid as Bruce Wayne. Here’s hoping we get to see him suit up as Batman once or twice. However, I still can’t stand whoever they hired as Jason Todd. He reminds me too much of Damian Wayne.
Titans season 2 begins streaming on DC Universe September 6, 2019.
