Two more familiar faces have just boarded Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery.
According to Deadline, Mila Kunis has joined the ensemble of the third Knives Out movie, mere hours after Jeremy Renner was added to the cast.
It’s been a busy week for fans of writer/director Rian Johnson‘s murder mystery franchise starring Daniel Craig as eccentric sleuth, Benoit Blanc. So far, the Wake Up Dead Man cast totals eight. Let’s run them down: Kunis, Renner, Craig, Josh O’Connor, Kerry Washington, Glen Close, Cailee Spaeny, and Andrew Scott. I think Wake Up Dead Man still needs a couple of wildcard castings to have a better ensemble than Knives Out, but I like this cast more than Glass Onion‘s.
Plot details are unknown. Filming on Wake Up Dead Man is expected to kick off in early June in the United Kingdom, ahead of a global streaming release on Netflix in 2025.
