Disney officially owns the top six movies worldwide right now. and four of those movies are in this top ten right now. It’s interesting to me that Aladdin has had such longevity staying in the top ten for so long, but in it’s second week The Lion King has already past it domestically and will pass it worldwide this week sometime. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood couldn’t beat out The Lion King even if it did drop 61% from it’s opening week. But it was still Quentin Tarantion‘s biggest opening since Inglourious Basterds. Everything else pretty much stayed the same, except for The Farewell having a little spike this week jumping into the top ten in its third week out.
What did you guys see this weekend?
