Walt Disney Animation Studios has released an official trailer for Wish, the sixty-second animated film produced by the studio. Let’s take a look.
Maybe I’m just getting too old, but these last few animated Disney films have just done nothing for me. (Not you Encanto, you were great.) Maybe I need another trailer with more plot, but for now, my wish is that no one is going to drag me to see Wish.
Wish stars Ariana DeBose as Asha, Chris Pine as King Magnifico, and Alan Tudyk as Valentino the Goat.
Plot Synopsis:
In Wish, Asha, a sharp-witted idealist, makes a wish so powerful that it is answered by a cosmic force—a little ball of boundless energy called Star. Together, Asha and Star confront a most formidable foe—the ruler of Rosas, King Magnifico—to save her community and prove that when the will of one courageous human connects with the magic of the stars, wondrous things can happen.
Wish opens in theaters on November 22, 2023.
