Lucasfilm has released the first official trailer for Andor Season 2, and boy does it look good!
I’m all in for this new season. The first one was a slow burn, but it really got its footing in the second half. I can’t wait to rewatch it leading up to this season’s premier.
Plot Synopsis:
In Andor season 2, the plot will focus on Cassian Andor’s transformation from a reluctant recruit into a key leader within the Rebel Alliance, as he navigates the complexities of forming a unified resistance against the Empire, leading up to the events of “Rogue One” by covering a significant time jump across several years, showcasing his growth as a character and the challenges of building a rebellion against a powerful galactic force; the season is expected to feature more prominent appearances from established Star Wars characters and locations as Cassian’s story gets closer to the events of the prequel film.
Andor‘s long-awaited Season 2 premiere hits Disney+ on April 22, 2025.
