Vanity Fair happily surprised everyone this week when they dropped a huge first look at Warner Bros. and Denis Villeneuve’s upcoming adaptation of the acclaimed science-fiction novel Dune. More images continued to drop over the next couple of days, so below is a handy roundup (all images courtesy of Vanity Fair and Zendaya)!
I have to say, I had zero interest in Dune when it was first announced. However, site writer Billy Dhalgren could not stop talking about how great this film was going to be, so over time I slowly became interested. It’s a great cast. Let’s hope the film will be great too. Especially, since Dune will only adapt half of the first novel in the series.
At the moment, Dune is still slated to hit theaters December 18, 2020.
