Universal Pictures has released the first official trailer for Last Christmas.
Featuring the music of George Michael, Last Christmas stars Emilia Clarke as Kate, a cynical Brit with health issues who is working as a retail elf at a year-round Christmas store. While trying to piece her life back together, Kate continues to bump into a charming do-gooder full of Christmas cheer, named Tom (Henry Golding), and sparks fly.
Directed by Paul Feig, the fabulous supporting cast features a trio of legends: Patti LuPone, Michelle Yeoh, and Emma Thompson, who also co-wrote the script.
I am a sucker for holiday-themed romantic comedies, especially when they add a touch of drama, so I’m looking forward to this one.
