Spider-Man 4 no more. The next entry in the Tom Holland-led Spider-Man film series has officially been titled Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

The title and logo reveal (see below) for Spider-Man: Brand New Day happened during Sony‘s CinemaCon presentation. Destin Daniel Cretton, the Shang-Chi helmer who is set to direct the next web-slinging adventure for Sony and Marvel Studios, was on hand to tease Brand New Day.

“Everyday right now, I’m exploring the next stage of this amazing character with a team of incredible artists of the world. How to swing, how to create an emotional story and a ride we haven’t seen before,” said Cretton.

Holland, who is currently shooting Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, then appeared on screen with a video message, revealing that Brand New Day will be “a fresh start” for Peter Parker / Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Cretton added that the movie will be “a ride that we haven’t really seen before.”

As Brand New Day approaches its production start date, expect more casting to be announced. So far, the only actor officially part of the sequel besides Holland is Stranger Things star Sadie Sink.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is scheduled to hit theaters on July 31, 2026, as part of Phase 6 of the MCU.
