Well in unsurprising fashion Spider-Man: Far From Home took the top spot. It’s a damn fun film out on a holiday weekend, so yeah of course it did well. Toy Story 4 took second place and for a film that seemed like it wasn’t doing that well for this time of year, it has almost made as much as Aladdin domestically in half the amount of time. Yesterday took the third spot and as much as I want to see it, I’ll wait till home release. Annabelle Comes Home dropped two spots to fourth while new release Midsommar opened at sixth. The Secret Life of Pets 2 came in at seventh followed by Men in Black: International. Meanwhile, Avengers: Endgame is edging itself ever so close to Avatar in its eleventh week but is still $15,502,254 behind it. Rocketman closed out the top ten and will say goodbye to the yellow brick road next week.
What did you guys see over this holiday weekend?
