Our mission at SAW is to foster conversations about this thing we all love (or love to hate): film/TV. Many of our features are designed with you in mind. Your opinions, to be more to the point. You have ’em. We want to hear ’em.
Question of the Day (QOTD) is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a film/TV-related question that we put to you, the reader. The comments section below is like the feedback box at work; except, in this example, we actually read what you write and care about what you have to say.
With three trilogies spanning 45 years, the Star Wars franchise is truly generational. And each generation has its own favorite of the three trilogies.
So which one is your favorite: Original, Prequel, or Sequel?
I’m not going to spill a ton of ink defending this answer. I was born in the 70s. The Original Trilogy is my favorite. I’m not a big fan of the Prequels, and I am not at all a fan of the Sequels. There’s something magical about those first three films that none of the others have managed to replicate. Sadly. I love everything about those original movies. Warts and all. Yes, even Return of the Jedi.
But what about you? Which trilogy is your favorite and why? Tell us in the comments below!
