The 79th Golden Globe Awards happened last night. No, seriously, they did. There was no network coverage. Instead, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association held the ceremony behind closed doors and the winners slowly trickled out on Twitter and various other news sources.
Here’s a quick recap of the big winners last night. Jane Campion’s The Power of the Dog and Steven Spielberg’s West Side Story won the most awards with three each. On the TV side, Succession picked up three awards from five nominations.
