Léa Seydoux wants that spice.
According to Deadline, Seydoux is in negotiations to play Lady Margot in Warner Bros. and Legendary’s Dune: Part Two In Herbert’s 1965 epic science-fiction novel, Lady Margot is “a long-standing servant of the Sisterhood.” Part Two will pick up immediately from the events of 2021’s Dune and adapt the second half of Herbert’s novel.
So far, the Dune: Part Two ensemble cast consists of returning stars Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya, Josh Brolin, and Jason Momoa. New cast members joining the sequel film are Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken, and Austin Butler.
Denis Villeneuve is back to write, direct and produce Part Two. He also co-wrote the sequel’s script with Jon Spaihts. Production is expected to start in the fall.
Dune: Part Two opens in theaters on October 20, 2023.
