Entertainment Weekly revealed the first look at Raya and the Last Dragon, which is also the first fully rendered CG image from the upcoming Disney Animation film. The image features “Raya and her trusty steed Tuk Tuk.”
The website also revealed that Kelly Marie Tran has replaced Cassie Steele as the voice of Raya. Additionally, Awkwafina has been confirmed to be playing Sisu, “a dragon in human form who needs Raya’s help to reclaim her power and become her true dragon self.”
Raya and the Last Dragon is expected to hit theaters March 12, 2021.
Variety has revealed the first look at David Fincher’s Mank. The reveal happened last Saturday to coincide with the 79th anniversary of Citizen Kane‘s wide theatrical opening. The film chronicles “Herman Mankiewicz’s (Gary Oldman) race to finish the Citizen Kane screenplay for Orson Welles (Tom Burke).” In addition to Oldman and Burke, Mank also stars Amanda Seyfried as Marion Davies and Lily Collins as Rita Alexander.
Mank is expected to hit Netflix and theaters this fall.
