The Scapegoat cast continues to fill out, with three new additions announced today.
According to Deadline, Fallout lead Ella Purnell, Get Out star Caleb Landry Jones, and Pluribus breakout Samba Schutte have joined Scapegoat, Ari Aster’s new A24 movie. Character details are being kept under wraps.
The three join previously announced cast members Scarlett Johansson, Jacob Elordi, and Jude Law. Aster is directing from his own script, with his partner Lars Knudsen producing via Square Peg.
Insiders are absolutely stumped on what Scapegoat is about. Some have speculated that the film is about a doctor who operates on an internet-famous person. Others claim it’s a sci-fi romance, while others believe it’s more of a traditional drama for Aster. We’ll keep you posted.
