Jude Law will lead Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, an upcoming live-action Disney+ series set in the Star Wars galaxy.
Skeleton Crew was officially announced during the Star Wars Celebration 2022’s Lucasfilm Studio Showcase. The project is being developed by director Jon Watts and writer Chris Ford under the code name “Grammar Rode.”
The series will be set during “the post-Return of the Jedi reconstruction following the Empire’s demise” and be “about a group of kids lost in the Star Wars galaxy trying to find their way home.” Casting is currently underway for the four preteens who will lead the show.
Star Wars: Skeleton Crew will premiere in 2023 on Disney+.
