Yesterday, we asked you if Lucasfilm should update the effects from the Prequel Trilogy. The consensus was a resounding “NO”, so I have a pretty good idea what the reaction to this is going to be.
But roll the footage and let’s see.
I’ve made no secret of the fact that I prefer practical effects to computer generated, and this is no exception. I don’t think this update is superior to the original at all. It just looks like…a video game.
