Justice Smith and Daniella Pineda Returning For ‘Jurassic World 3’

My dreams are finally coming true. Jurassic World 3 is going to Fast Five the franchise by bringing fan favorite characters from the franchise’s past back.

OG Jurassic Park cast members Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum have already been announced to return, with Dern expecting to play a huge role in the sequel.

As for Jurassic Work, Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are reprising their roles, and Isabella Sermon will also be back as Maisie Lockwood, a human clone, who first appeared in Fallen Kingdom.

Now Collider has confirmed that Justice Smith and Daniella Pineda will also be back for another dino-terror installment in the series. They will all join new cast members Mamoudou Athie and DeWanda Wise.

Since this is the (supposed) last installment in the franchise for the foreseeable future, I want director Colin Trevorrow to go all out with the carnage, and return the franchise to it’s suspense-horror roots. The live-action short film Battle at Big Rock was a good sign, so I’m hoping Jurassic World 3 continues with this thread. Less CGI dinosaurs, more close-knit, suspenseful character moments.

Also, I want to believe that no one is safe. So I’m coming expect some serious A-list actors to bite the big one. Don’t let me down, Universal.

Jurassic World 3 hits theaters June 11, 2021.

Who else from the franchise’s past would you like to see return for Jurassic World 3? I’d like to see what Tim and Lexi
